Good call, though I do like putting my bracelets on the same wrist as my watch sometimes. As for over accessorizing, a good rule of thumb is 3 accessories per outfit. If you've got a tie bar, lapel pin, pocket square, tie, watch and bracelet (which I see all the time) it's overload!
