The engines aren't what makes it "more maneuverable, " it's the new fly-by-wire system, that makes it more maneuverable!

Basically were taking out amazing "more affordable" Gen 4+ fighter and making it as close to Gen 5 as we can so we can save money not paying for Gen 5 fighters all the time.

Im certainly not complaining love to see the fighter get another lease in life.

It's a bomb / missile truck for the Air Force. Someone aims at the target then the f 15 lets one or two go! Keeping the f15 at a safe distance.
