I would just add that WooCommerce can be faster than Shopify (with awesome results on PageSpeed Insights) if: 1. you have technical understanding (and deploy object and page caching) 2. you don't use super cheapo shared web hosting 3. you choose good proven WP theme 4. you don't overload it with cheap and untested plugins (even those that promise speed optimization) 5. that you are mindful with (product) images and use WebP format...
