Apparently the Shooter was a Saudi Pilot Trainee, Lived in a house with other Saudis with multiple weapons.

I'm curious to know why civilian LE was called for an on base incident. The Navy has its own LE personnel on base. I could understand the FBI but the Sheriffs Office?
