European's First Impressions of Chile (First Day In Santiago)

I has been a livelong dream of mine to visit the Easter Island or Rapa Nui in the middle of the Pacific Ocean someday. And now I am about to turn it into reality.
But first I have to go to Chile first and while there, let's explore the country between the Pacific Ocean and the Andes mountains.
In this first video I will take you onboard two Air Canada flights from Europe to Santiago and share some of my first impressions from the country.
What was immigration and customs like? And what about the accomodation - is it expensive? And what about the prices overall? Do I need to withdraw money or is the card perfectly fine?

In Chile we only use our chilean pesos ... It is no normal to use dollars in Chile and foreigners must exchange dollars for chilena pesos.. Inka cola it's not a chilean flavour... We are born with others flavours like "Bilz" or "Pap "... You must try them.

Welcome to Chile. There’s some places where you can use dolars, but only in San Pedro de Atacama and Patagonia. You must try completos, chilean wine and sodas from Chile are Bilz and Pap.

Inka cola is peruvian and only peruvian immigrants drink it, and there are a lot of them, it is characterized by its bubblegum flavor, when you buy soda, try Bilz or Pap better

In the north is San Pedro de Atacama but the wonders of Chile are found in the south, Valdivia, Frutillar, Puerto Varas, Chiloe among many, try going to the beautiful Pucon and its varied hot springs, seafood, craft beers such as Kunstmann or Volcanes del Sur and western Patagonia with its virgin islands
