An update on the Nevada Dept of Transportation's "NDOT/DAP" - the Downtown Access Project

There are 2 things that drive me crazy. The fact that semi trucks are allowed to pass each other. Going uphill in arizona, causing traffic delays and traffic problem

The second thing that bothers me that nobody seems to know about. Who all come from somewhere else? Is that the inside lines of the freeway or the fast lanes? The slower traffic big trucks et cetera are supposed to be in the two slower lanes

Perhaps SOMEONE could do something about everyone driving 90mph+ on the freeways like crazy animals?!?!
