I got a guided journal for Christmas a close friend gave it to me. I had no idea how to write in it. For months it sat until recently I reached out to the other planner lady video I watch and asked her for advice on how to utilize it. She said turn it into a journal you need for your wants and needs. So i did turned a happy planner bloom happy journal into a wellness journal.
