“What is more effective for your health?” That was the question asked. Even though exercise is important, science has shown diet is most important. That adage “you are what you eat” is very very true and explains why obesity is so prevalent due to the consumption of meat and dairy. We are innately Frugivores not omni or carnivores. Go green, lean and whole food plant based for optimal health! 💚❤️

That first 'muscle' man is a heart attack waitng to happen. In males especially, the amount of belly fat is an indicator of how much fat has packed itself around the heart muscle. He says he already has trouble breathing, and I would be willing to bet that if he doesn't already have ED then he soon will. His "here for a good time not a long time" is pretty sad...on some level he knows the outcome of his shallow 'he-man' mentality. 🧐

Sad how many are misinformed.
I've eaten only plants for over 20 years and at 75, I'm in better shape than I was 50 years ago. All joints are still mine and I walk 40 mins daily.

I think it's more important to eat plant-based for the animals the environment and our own health than it is to eat meat which causes heart disease high blood pressure diabetes and some cancers. Muscles and taste buds do not outweigh someone's life. Exercise is important but it's not the most important thing because what you eat is. Plant-based all the way❤

Progressive overload ressistance training will give you muscles. NOT diet specifically.

The guy with the 'muscles' needs to read up on visceral fat. Probably cannot breath because of the fat squeezing his internal organs. Men like this have hard bellies, because the fat is behind the muscle. Scary really. But he seem ok with dying young.
