i hope you get to visit the east coast and try really good pizza from a shop that isnt a franchise. it will blow your mind. that pizza you ate does look really good tho haha.

You already know my opinion on commercial pizza. That said, this is a beautiful pie. The roni is nice and crispy. The top of the crust is well singed. Even the cheese looks magnificent. My problem would be in the flaccid bottom crust. I don't know if it's the pound of liquid butter substitute they poured on this thing, or just bad oven temp, but this looks like a guy at 3 am after a case of PBR, if you catch my drift.

Yours actually look quite good, some videos on this pizza you can see its way more flimsy and floppy.
