Note: Should avoid map mods (Players have % reduced effect of Non-Curse Auras from Skills and % less effect of Curses on Monsters). When you put a lot of points into Map mod effects, these stats will increase by more than 100%, greatly affecting Death Aura (which is considered an aura)
For stormburst, every 0.4 seconds the ball will jump once, when you stop channeling the ball will explode and multiply the damage by the number of times the ball jumps, so every 0.4s duration, we will get 75% more damage. so we should stack the duration so that it is a multiple of 0.4... for example if the duration is 4 seconds then we get 750% more damage but 4.39 seconds still only gets 750% more damage... but if the Duration is 4.4 seconds then it will get 825% more damage.
If you don't encounter a map mod that reduces flask charge, you should spam life flask when you feel like you might get hit even if you don't lose life, Pantheon, passive Entrench and some other passives nodes will restore life flask charge for you...
P/S: Sometimes, i still die because of my skill issues and hope everyone gets better at dodging boss and meteors xD
