At DCC (Denver Comic Con), there were two Deadpools cosplaying as Elsa and Wolverine.

I was expecting Loki taking over Hall H to be way higher on the list. Now it's more common for the characters to come out and introduce a clip or the panel, but Loki was definitely the biggest and at the height of his popularity in the movies. It was just a wall of sound from the audience when he went on stage in his full gear.

I was at SDCC 2013, and bumped into Bryan Cranston with his mask on, I said "oh love the mask!" He gave me a thumbs up. That night going back to the hotel to watch panels I missed only to see that Bryan Cranston was on the show floor, and I met him, but didn't get a photo or anything.
