Unfair merit calculation by delhi university

Recently Delhi University released a offical press release, in which University illustrated that for a science student and for a arts student the cutoff score will be same, which is completely unfair and develops a sense of discrimination in the minds of science as well as commerce students,

Arts students were able to score 200/200 in their respective domains, as the level of difficulty for them was very easy, but on the other hand, for science students... The difficulty of thier respective domains was quite high, hence a majority wasn't able to score even close to 180 or 190 out of 200....in both the cases the arts students and the science student, both are able to secure 100 percentile in thier cuet examination, but DELHI UNIVERSITY considers the nta score.... Here lies the discrimination, for political sci hons, they will be first ones to get a seat and science/commerce students lacks behind even after getting 100 percentile in thier respective subjects, how can this be a fair and equality based admission procedure?

For Ex) student X (arts stream) and student Y (science stream), they both got 100 percentile in all their respective domains, but here arts students secured 200 in all 3 domains and a language, which totals to 800/800, but science student secures 180/200 in 3 domains and 200 in language, which totals to 740/800,

Here both X and Y scored 100 percentile in their respective domains but arts student was clearly on a advantageous position as the level of difficulty across different streams is never same and can't be leveled even with the help of normalization.

The only SOLUTION towards this problem, I consider is stream wise different cutoffs for each and every A general category student suffers when ST/SC/OBC are given pretence over them,

If our Constitution considers all castes with equality, why universities prefer them over a general category student, why do our government believe on equality over equity.

Moreover being a male candidate, we have to face reduction in seats in all universities across India, as many colleges are reserved for female candidates only, Maybe, I'm too small to understand this side education system, but proceeding in this way is never going to progress india, A deserving candidate will always be rejected by universities on these senseless factors involing caste and gender!

And now this another senseless discrimination, stream discrimination.

Would apologize from you if have crossed a limit, and request you to pay attention to this problem and solve it.

Thank you🙏
