I'm 99.9% sure this was done at Kelly's artificial wave/surfing pool. You can see the wave machine in the background. Had this been a "natural" wave in the ocean, it would have been 1000% cooler and 100× harder to land.

It was 1972 or 3, Iwas like 11, Polyurethane wheels just came out and we could do things that no one else could. That was the beginning, so humble to se where edge involved sports are! Thank you for this visual treasure!

Очень крутой трюк! И очень крутой спортсмен! Нужно огромное мастерство в обоих видах спорта, чтобы их соединить в один трюк. 1.Нужно лететь на парашюте и приземлиться в таком снаряжении. Причём в определённую узкую локацию.
2. и с парашютом попасть на волну, удержаться на ней, отпустить парашют. Для его подготовки и исполнения нужна огромная концентрация. Браво спортсмену! 👍
