Hi friends,

This is a featured video about how I won a consumer rights cases against a leading international brand.

I bought a camera in 10th June 2018 and on 18th of June 2018, 8 days after purchase the camera stopped working and the service centre denied servicing the camera under warranty. The camera came with 2 year comprehensive warranty but it seemed to be hoax.

As a consumer I felt cheated by the brand and I filed a complaint in the consumer forum against the so called king of camera and won the case and the verdict of the honourable court is with me right now and the bank draft has been collected and the amount of the bank draft already credited to my bank account as per the verdict of the court.

The consumer forum gave a verdict that the brand has to refund the amount of the camera with litigation charges and compensation and the same has been complied by the Brand in question.

Just a quick question. Amazon delivered someone else’s order and mapped it to my order. The order number, mrp, quantity etc written on packing is totally different. I was out of city and raised the concern the moment I arrived. Now return window closed yesterday only. In addition, the item specified on packing slip is not even matching the product inside. So its totally incorrect. Does this portal help if I raise consumer forum concern as amazon is not ready to help.

Suggest me some solution guys. I purchased xpulse 200 in month dec 2019.
after 7 days. (200 kms) my bike suddenly stopped during ride(rear tyre jammed) . cant able to change the gear. i had Take bike to nearest service centre via pickup. vehichle. And they said its GEARS ARE DAMAGED ( manfacture defect they said). Then my new bike remained in showroom for more then a month.. then. gear box was replaced under warrenty.i got my bike back in FEB

NOW the 2nd part.. After 1-2 months again when i am putting bike in 2nd gear it. was making small sound.. mechanic said due to gear replacmnt it will take some time..
so i continue riding my bike. but now due to increasing sound in 2nd gear i again complain showroom and they said again GEAR BoX Has some damage (2nd gear) and CRANK problem in engine...it again have to be replaced( meter count is 5300 km only)
... NoW whAt to do. plz suggest me. I dont want this defected bike again. It is very dangrous to ride defected bike on Long rides
( also the front abs issue is still to be solved)
plz tell me will Consumer court can help in this matter?

just a month ago, I bought a gold jwellery from one of nearest gold store in Mumbai Malad, and he took money for 23 Caret gold and sold me jwellery of 14C gold and when I come to know I got cheated, I went to his store and asked to return my money but he is not listening to return money, said whatever you want to do, do it. I need your help. I have done an annual maintenance contract(AMC) for my whirlpool washing machine, the machine was in working condition. I told them to test but they said your verbal declaration is enough for AMC. Now after 1.5 months when I ask for service they are telling me that this problem was pre-existed and local service center refused to attend the problem. I ask them for full refund of money but they are refusing and giving excuses. I said if this problem was pre-existed how can you do AMC, just to cheat me??? Can I approach consumer court to claim my money, please give me some advice...

Hello sir ...sir I purchased a laptop from flipkart on 12 November 2022, within a week I noticed my laptop had a problem of display blackout and then nothing could be done on screen other than force shut down . Sir I applied for return and replacement but they said it cannot happen and it's mere a software problem . Sir their technician gave advice online to install few software but it did not work. I kept on mailing everyday as it was hampering my coming exam . Sir 3 months gone their technicians failed to repair it neither they were returning my amount nor replacing laptop and always talked rudely and disconnected calls . Sir after 3 months of problem I filed a complaint . Sir it had lead me to a lot loss for 3 months my laptop was kept like trash at home . Company is not ready to pay Compensation for it...what to do kindly guide

Sir, I am from Karnataka Udupi district.I installed 2 solar street light in my premises in 2 direction in single pole in 2020 December 2020. Installed it for safety purpose.Staying alone.Problem is vendor is not coming for service when light stopped working twice in 6, 7 months interval.First time he came after repeated call he installed new battery. after 4 months.Again second time again he didn't respond my call.Finally i registered complaint in consumer court Lawyer sent notice to d vendor to reply within 15 days.But he didn't reply for that.Next step filing pitition in District court. My light worth rs/27000.. How much de charged for u to file pitition in d court .One more thing, l informed Legal India abt major knee fracture.Is it compulsory to attend the court even if I produce Doctors cirtificate.If necessary video call is working..Please guide me.Nobody is here to help me.I am aged widow. Hope u reply.Waiting for ur reply

Gave my new Royal Enfield bike for repair as it met with accident, they took 1 month to give my bike and still my vehicle balancing is not fixed, they are denying to apply new FORK. They just repaired and gave but still bike is not going complete straight. For the starting 2.5 weeks they dint even checked my vehicle they and haven’t raised any parts for order after complaining they raised after 2.5 weeks
Want: i need new FORK else compensation for keeping the bike in their garage for 2.5 weeks without any progress in suspicious manner, I highly doubt they scammed my parts
What should I do? File a case?
