agar aiq round 2 me alloted college me upgradation lga diya or uske bad state round 2 ka result aya or acha college state me mil gaya to kya aiq round 2 wle college se relieving certificate leke state round 2 wle me admission krwa skte hai ??
And is case me aiq security money forfeit to nhi hogi n ?
