Tuna Carbonara Pinoy Yummy Handa sa Pasko

This is how to make Tuna Carbonara, Pinoy Yummy style, hope you enjoyed this video.

•for the ingredients:

Love❤️
500g pasta
5 liters water
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
Mushroom
1 big can tuna
1 evaporated milk
1 all purpose cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Nutmeg (optional)
Olives (optional)

•procedure:

1. in a caserole boil 5liters of water
3. add 500g fetuccini pasta into boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes
4. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion
5. Add sliced mushroom
6. Add tuna, cook for 2 minutes
7. Add tuna oil
8. Add evaporated milk
9. Add all purpose cream
10. Add salt and pepper to taste
11. Add nutmeg (optional)
12. Add grated cheese
13. Add sliced black olives, mix well
14. Add cooked pasta, mix well
15. Serve and enjoy😁
