"So, I guess it's been-- it's been a little while, maybe, a few months, that, um, since we've, started to think about that this might be the best thing to do. Jon and I have been writing a bunch of stuff on the road, and, um, it just got to the point when we were off tour that when we were uh, talking about you know, getting together and working on this stuff that it-it became pretty apparent that we weren't all wanting to go in the same direction, so. It was like, there was a period of where we weren't really talking to each other that much and... Jon and I were just living at my house and continued to write and stuff and then, you know, we kinda just.. realized we needed to- to get over not speaking and, and figure out what was actually going on, and uh, so we all sat down and pretty much came to the conclusion that the best idea for everybody was to do.. what we, what we did."

It must’ve been difficult for him to leave but I understand why him and Jon left. Both of them had different ideas for the band than Brendon and Spencer had. Also, I felt like they were already gonna have problems after finishing Pretty Odd because I think I heard in the making of Pretty Odd, Ryan said that they divided the ideas that people wanted for the songs. Ryan even said by doing that it’ll make all the members feel a little bit happy that they had some of their ideas in the songs but it’ll make some of the members unhappy that they didn’t get what they fully wanted and couldn’t fully agree on it. Ryan and Jon are great musicians. It definitely shows on their concerts for Fever when Jon joined, Pretty Odd and their Young Veins album even though I’ve only listened to a handful of their songs but so far it’s been pretty good. I honestly wish the best for both Ryan and Jon because they deserve recognition for being great musicians.
