Former Ukhozi FM radio personality Ngizwe Mchunu brought a formal bail application before the Randburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday. The NPA is opposing bail while arguing that Mchunu is a flight risk as he allegedly evaded police five times before handing himself over to Durban police on charges of inciting violence during the recent civil unrest.
