You read that right! You can apply HTV to cardstock. Why would you want to use heat transfer vinyl on paper? How does it even work? I am answering all of that and more in this video. Paper crafters might just find that they want to get a heat press and some iron-on after watching this video. It seriously is that easy to add designs to paper using HTV!

I was looking up information like this. I want to put a bunch of different htv types (3d puff, regular, uv color change, metallic, etc) and different colors on a piece of card stock so I have examples all in one place for customers. Basically a binder of sample sheets using left over scraps. Nice to know that it can be done.

What a great way to add detail to scrapbooking pages adding minimal thickness.

I'm getting ready to create a birthday card for my grandson and have cut out designs (balloons & hearts) and watched your video to find out how to attach the vinyl to the card, and as always, you showed me how easy it is to do it. Thanks again Angie. I love your designs and your tutorials on how to do "stuff".

That is a really great idea! I have such a hard time lining things up when I am layering. Plus putting glue on really small areas is a pain! I will definitely remember this for next time!

Thank you so much for the tutorial using HTV on paper! I do lots of crafts but cardmaking is my #1. Doing intricate letters has driven me to use print then cut but, this technique will be a gamechanger for me!

This is such a cool tip, got me thinking🤔. Could you achieve a similar result using print and cut? Whereby you print the pattern of the tiny hearts on the card 🤷🏻‍♀️
