Example: If I only filled Csc core in manipal campus as preference and I don't get it in the 1st round of counselling, do I have to pay the ~1.6L to participate in the 2nd round? If no then will I be able to add another branch( not only modify but add) in the 2nd round? If I do have to pay the 1.6L to participate in the 2nd round and I choose not to, will the 10k be refunded?
