This sounds almost exactly like a Philip Glass tune, Metamorphosis or Mad Rush

Hello, everyone! I have an Idea! I was listening to this piece, while I Was writing, and said 'Hey! I have a story Idea!' Then quickly wrote it down.
I thought we could all do this, in a long thread, making any story you like, as long is it is from the music you are on, and pertains to the title.
Here's mine, So critique, make, and inspire! Sayonara!

It all started when he couldn't sleep at night.
A Child- stuck in a nightmare, decided to run.. Run away from his nightmare, which soon led him to fall out of his dream.. onto his own body. The child quickly woke up, realizing that the smaller him was part of a dream, so he tried to dissmiss it, but what happenned was that it was his imagination- and now he could use his imagination, and make things a reality... Well, Little things. So, He let his imagination sit in his cheek, in his mouth. It weighted nothing, and he could do everything like he did before.
When he was older, in high school, he had no friends, or companions, so his imagination, made small play mates, who would play finger-sized soccer with him, and play with him, talking to him.. Soon enough, his fingers slipped on the wooden desk he always played on, and fell into a girl... He appologized, and she giggled.. His first girl.. that liked him. At this point, he let her live her life, like she was a person.. The only issue was that she was small, so he always carried her, in his hands, like a princess. His imagination was less than what it was, but he didn't care. He smiled letting her be with him, when he slept, and kept her safe, even from his school bullies, crazy science friends, and people who were 'into' that kind of stuff.
Of course he grew older, and so did she. She learned everything from her 'maker', as he smiled, and cared for her...

Soon.. He was an old man. She did not realize, but she never grew up, physically.. So, one night, His chest hurt, and she cried out to him "Are you alright?!" But he.. Didn't respond.. Instead, he blew out the rest of his imagination... and died.
That made her so sad, that she knelt, and cried, yelling for him to come back... As she felt something.. hug her.

She turned to see what is was... and it was the boy, as he smiled, and said "You goof.. Imagination never dies.. And neither do people. They live on in other people.. And since you're a person, I will always be alive with you.."

They hugged, and passionately kissed, as they were the same age once more.. the age of immortality.. They never once felt that absence, again.
