As a Greek in Greece, I have NEVER saw lamb gyros in any restaurant... We mostly put chicken or pork gyros in the wrap.

I made yiros last week Following another recipe from the internet and it was not even close compared to yours. Now I’ve found your channel and it looks like the real deal. My chicken shop where I get my yiros from have gone away on holidays so now I can make my own at home ❤❤ greetings from Adelaide ❤

Edit - I love the fact you spelled it Yiros as supposed to Giros. I was told off once before because I wrote yiros like I’ve seen all my life here in Australia 😅❤
