Greek Spaghetti

* 1 lb spaghetti
* 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 4 garlic cloves
* 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
* 1 tsp dill
* 1 tbsp dried oregano
* 3/4 tsp sea salt
* ½ tsp fresh cracked pepper
* 10 oz grape tomatoes halved
* ½ red onion diced
* 2 c fresh spinach, chopped
* 4 oz crumbled feta cheese

* Bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil in a medium to large pot. Cook the noodles in boiling water for till al dente, then drain and set aside.
* Heat olive oil medium heat, add onion and cook till translucent.
* Add garlic, oregano, dill, salt and pepper and sauté for 30 seconds
* Add red wine vinegar, lemon juice and tomatoes. Cook 3-4 minutes.
* Add spinach and basil. Toss and cook until spinach wilts.
* Add noodles and and toss to coat.
* Top with crumbled feta
