I enjoy your channel and the ideas you have. Knife tips from a former executive chef. Place a section of rug gripper or textured shelf liner with a waffle pattern texture, cut to fit, underneath your cutting board. It will prevent it from slipping and sliding. A damp rag also works well. Take your thumb and forefinger and grip the top of the knife blade just after the shank of the knife and curl the rest of your fingers firmly around the knife handle, you have no control over the knife that way. Last thing is ALWAYS round your fingers so the tips point downward and your knuckles are out so there is less chance of cutting your fingers.

The 3 black jars w/faux succulents were fun & quick I could see them in our formal living room on the long coffee table with a huge slate table top. Of course the ferns turned feathers I especially like. Thanks Liz always learning something new.
