Result is a 'big vote of confidence' in Sunak, says former minister

Matt Hancock, who has backed Rishi Sunak in the Tory leadership race, says the former Chancellor is "clearly" the favourite to win.

The former Health Secretary told Sky News the result was a "big vote of confidence" in Mr Sunak, who he says is the "candidate with the strong, clear economic plan to get us through difficult times".
