Wendigo would be awesome. Standing still makes you invisible but the wendigo can scream and force a skill check. Failing results in being seen.

Personally, I think a death angel from a quiet place would be a fire killer.

So, the killer cannot see players, unless they are making noise. Noise includes running, opening lockers, etc. Whenever there is a big noise like failing a generator, the death angel can charge at it at record speeds. There are also several small noises, for example, the death angel can hear you walking when close, crouch walking when closer, and standing still (breathing), when really close. Their ability would be to listen in really closely, which pings the locations of all survivors.

They would be both really good at tracking survivors, and really bad at catching survivors

I'm surprised none of the antagonists from the Outlast games have made it in DBD. Walker, Trager, Gluskin, Noth, Val, The Walrider all would be great additions, and you could have Mount Massive Asylum as a map.
