New WMF New Chef’s Edition Knifes for CNY

How well your dishes are done are normally linked to how good to use your equipment is. Since it's a brand new year, how about getting yourself a brand new knife?

WMF sent us a set of their New Chef’s Edition Performance Cut Knife series, and we managed to have a go at it. For those of you who don’t know them yet, they create high quality knives that truly deserve the term “Performance Cut”. It’s simply finer, harder, and less likely to get corroded after use.
