OSIsoft: Overview & Import from External Table. PI AF v2010

An AF Table allows you to link to or import data contained from Excel, Access, SQL Server, or other OLEDB/ODBC data sources. Imported data is imported into the AF database and stored as an internal read/write table. Linked data is not stored in the AF database, but retrieved by the AF Server and returned to the client as an external read-only table.
