New ETC Paradigm control system installed

Looking at a new ETC Paradigm system installed at one of the high schools that I work at.

I know the strand dimmer rack powers the fixed house and stage lighting, but what powers the fluorescent lights since they are non-dim?

The portable nodes on the Electrics how did you run the cable to them? If there ETC I'm guessing they had ETC Net on the Electric but did you just run a new cable to the POE/ Pargadigm system?
