This video gives an overview of body language in the workplace.

The 1st and 2nd videos are set in different situations and hence this is an unfair comparison. I was expecting to see the 2nd video also to start with the hotel employee being on a phone call and to see how she handled the arrival of a guest at the counter. This was actually a good demonstration an impatient customer's body language.
