What a beautiful, spiritual interpretation! In this "simple" sonata, which is also called a sonatina, and which many pianists play - let's say - mechanically, maestro Minsoo Sohn brings out nuances, gives it warmth and romantic life. Although the sonata was composed by the young Beethoven before three "first" sonatas Opus 2, romanticism already lives in this sonata. Maestro Minsoo demonstrates this wonderfully. 이 영상으로 처음보고 곡이 너무 좋아서 독학으로 연습하고 1일 1연주하고 있어요. 소나티네 곡집에도 있을만큼 익히는 자체는 어렵지 않은 편인데 잘 연주하기는 정말 어렵네요… 아름답고 귀엽고 무거운 오묘한 곡이예요..

This sonata is a real pleasure to play and is a very moving piece (the first movement - the second one is more dynamic and with a different character) for once, it is playlable by an amateur, accessible with an intermediate technic !
But of course, pianistic technic and artistic rendition are two worlds...
