INSANE 900HP Fully Built A90 MKV Toyota Supra with Parachute - HDWerks

So what's it like driving a 900HP fully built A90 MKV Supra on the street? We're gonna find out on this episode as we feature Donnovan's fully built 2020 GR Supra. He's had this car since it was stock, so he's seen and tried it all when it comes to this platform.

The car was originally built and tuned over at P2uned by Jeff Payne and brought over to Pete at HDWerks to ensure this street beast was proper. First he addressed an issue with one of the Vanos gears and clearing up some alignment issues via the computer. Then the fun part with a laundry list of upgrades from the fuel system to the heat exchanger, a full titanium exhaust, Radium catch can, Kelford 258-B Stage 2 cams, and more.

This Supra is built for straight line destruction equipped with a Xona Rotor X3C Turbo, a built transmission from Pure Drivetrain Solutions, axles from Driveshaft Shop, big break kit, ET Street Mickey Thompsons to lay it all down, and even a Simpson chute if Donnovan pushes the envelope.

The interior is setup with carbon fiber seats, Braum racing harnesses, and roll cage to keep it all together under high speeds. The exterior is fairly stock except for a honeycomb design, carbon fiber spoiler, that ties everything together.

Ok boys and girls….what did we take away from this video? For one, Pete and his team are absolutely positively great at what they do. Pete makes it all sound easy- basic- BLA. Well, it’s not- not even close. Donovan makes it sound like it’s Grammies Volvo heading out for a Sunday stroll- IT’S NOT. You heard it right- 1000 horses. ONE THOUSAND FUKIN HORSEPOWER. That’s no joke- no slouch- and they’re just getting started. In a world full of wannabes and try hards, Pete and the HDWERKS deliver time after time. How come every fully built supra seems to be at 900whp? Meanwhile every fully built daza (which there are a lot of them) are making 1100whp. Also not to mention there’s a few supras making low 900whp on a stock motor so why not turn it up?
