I ordered Timeless AE as soon as I found out they existed. The higher price doesn't makes sense just for mildly different tuning, but they did throw in a much better cable with thick wires and exchangeable terminals, 3.5mm unbalanced and 4.4mm and 2.5mm balanced. Also a nicer case. Not sure if that's worth the extra $, but I'm not complaining.

I just bought the Timeless AE.... HiFi Go had them for $233.00. They are still in the mail. Should be here any day now. I have the original Timeless but the treble hurts my ears if I don't EQ it down a bit. I'm hoping the AEs will be more suited to my tastes.

Kind of wild how much overlap there is in the fragrance world and IEM world

Soo I got the Oracle MK2, and I personally prefer them over the MK1's for instrumental and ambient tracks. I dont usually listen to vocal heavy music, so bringing the vocal range down with the rest of the instruments doesn't really effect me. The treble though I can understand. Some genres really like their treble peaks, and it can be a bit much. At least because it's so similar to the Oracle MK1, it sounds much more natural when EQ'd to the original.

I’m own the sennheiser ie300 and am considering getting the ie600,
Anything you would recommend me to get instead in this price range?
I like a super kicky base and I love airiness in the treble. Vocals should be forward.
