This is the first video of yours I’ve seen, just found it whilst searching.

Absolutely brilliant, same things that have been spelt out to me on other video but, but, you nailed it.
You were able to put it across sooo much more effectively; I felt that it was the first time I’d properly understood it - which is a bit embarrassing for me & excellent for you, that you can convey the message much more than all the other people I’ve watched.
