After a Whirlpool WTW4800BQ0 top load washer stopped spinning, this video shows the steps an F7E6 were read in a few minutes. The manual was located on the inner top left and is in the video at the end. This is a good way to DIY search for the reasons for the faults and helps order the correct parts.

Genuine OEM Whirlpool W10621967 Clutch solved the problem. An aftermarket W10721967 was installed and only lasted one month before it jammed causing the motor to HUM on startup.

Well done. Our's washes but once it gets to rinse cycle than it doesn't drain and spin. It makes a humming noise.

isnt the F7 E5 code for the shift motor? why didnt u change out the actuator (shift motor). im confused.
