Raskin tells Joy Reid. “There’s nobody really attempting to do that on the other side, and so he needs to be speaking for all of America at this point.”

Canada is experiencing the influence of Trumpism and we've witnessed the adoption of MAGA style politics in the past year. Exemplified in the violent protests against politicians and the Convoy occupation of our capital last winter, it has crept into our Conservative Party. There's a key feature that this extremist movement incorporates in the attack on the foundation of liberal democracy: our elections. This rising tide around the world has some obvious benefactors, the states fully in the grip of Fascism.
