2009: damn my eyes are burning i totally forgot how unpolished things were back in the days
2013: total change, like wtf? smooth animation, polished models, particles and colors more vivid, dafuq happened in 4 years?
from there on things just got better and better and better
2023: dafuq is that sht? no i'm serious dafuq is this? an empty land, a virtual tour around it and a monologue that barely makes sense, like..take me back, take me back immediatly

I haven't played League of Legends for many years - and the time I attempted to back in S12~13, I was met being thrown into smurf queue difficult games I could not compete in despite being a returning player (AKA Why am I in there?) and quitting - but this game, and specifically the E-Sports scene in its EARLY days when there was a lot more community, banter, social presence, and CHARACTER (not just faceless imports and sanitized social interaction)... Those times of Season 1-5 were really wonderful.
