Hao Wang, Architect of the Institute of Architectural Design & Research Institute of Zheijang University Co., Ltd. (UAD), shared exciting insights into their award-winning project "One Chance Tech Corp Hangzhou Headquarters Building" at the ICONIC AWARDS 2024: Innovative Architecture awards ceremony.
Located in Qiantang New Area of Hangzhou City, China, the project consists of a 100 m high-rise building in the north and a multi-storey podium in the south, which presents a characteristic “W” shape layout in general planning. The design pursues a balance between modern technology and garden aesthetics, presenting a high degree of integration and symbiosis of rationality and passion, while conveying the beautiful vision of unremitting innovation and the pursuit of excellence.
