Popping noise in door Jeep Wrangler

This is one thing that will cause clicking. The other issue is the steel internal door support beam sticking and unsticking from the outer aluminum door shell as the adhesive used from the factory is not sufficient for a permanent bond.

That might be the case, but the door check dries, need take the panel & use good grease that will take care of it

Hi Brandon mine is a clicking noise in passenger door, I checked all bolts ever-thing is tight there 's other complaints on Jeep forum

I lubed my door check 2 years ago noise never came back 👌🏼😂
