I've looked forever and my only guess is that this is a cover song of the original song by Carlos Santana of Europa. There are a lot of great cover songs out there including Europa by Vinai, a smoooth version. It;s not Europa by even easy listening by Kool & the Gang with Summer Madness (Extended mix).
