I’m just going to be honest I have a 4090 laptop the Lenovo legion 7proi to be exact and those fps look low like really low. Like in the last of us I get 80 to 90 fps native Rez max at 1440p and like 144 with dlss and I get over 100 in horizon zero dawn maxed idk maybe you have a lower powered 4090

I prefer buying the low profile laptop, repeat every 3 years or so and i dont have to do crap. I use an external monitor and mouse and keyboard, unplug and take on the go easy peasy

- ASUS ROG Strix Scar 18: 4400€, gpu may be called RTX 4060 and sold as 4060/Ti for up to 649€ (cost of a 4070 12 GB) from 320€ (it will cost the RTX 4060). It has 16 GB that could go in a 4070 (oh, wait is a 4070)... 120W to 150W
- RTX 4070 for 649€, 200W, 12 GB (like former 3060 12Gb), it would be an amazing 4060/Ti just in case they wanted to charge from 319 to 429€ (8GB actual 4060 TI 160W) to 529€ (16GB actual 4060Ti 165 W).
- 8GB GDDR6 cost $27.
Do you think they have mix and matched the setups? why don't sell their mobile setup as desktop with no changes? 16GB, 150W for the same performance as 12GB, 200W? I don't care about the prices..
Why not selling 12 GB setup in a 4080/4070/4060 setup? 4090? really?.
They may be losing sales but revenue, I don't think so. If just they won't help wast electricity or change naming? A VW Golf 1 was cheaper than mk8 and way bigger so the Polo is a Golf like and costs as a former Golf and whats the problem? Apples sells 3 or 4 chasis of phones but at least there is little change in chips al with new tech, even maintaining or lowering prices for new generation...
Just a matter of changing yet designed motherboards...

gaming laptops are always a scam. the price point and the preformance between them is fucking crazy. never understood why gaming laptops are expensive. especially the trash screen display the laptop have.
