It seems unlikely that it would motion blur at 1/250th, I'd look into whether or not the shutter is a little sticky which might give you the same image on different parts of the film.

I like the photo so don’t worry. But if that’s slight motion blur what’s serious motion blur, it almost looks like it’s double exposed. I still really like it though and the camera is very cool. 👍
