OK…..
I found out how to do this the easy way and the hard way.
I’ll tell you the easy way with some tips and will later tell you the hard way in the replies if I get to 100 likes.
(Btw I’m not begging for likes but I take a long time to make sure the explanation is thorough so I want motivation to do it and the likes will be my motivation.)

EASY:
1) take you rubber band
2) loop it onto both your pointer and middle finger
3) take the loop off of one of the fingers
4) twist it and put it back on the finger you took it off from
5) if you did the last steps correctly, you have a shape that looks like an infinity shape
6) spread your two fingers
7) take your thumb and insert it behind the infinity symbol
8)Then try to push the infinity towards your thumb’s original position (when your hand is normal your thumb is like somewhat on the side so push it towards there)
9) this creates tension
10) when you have enough tension, slide out you middle finger and the rubber band should be spinning

TIP: Make sure that you only take the rubber band off of one finger at the last step
Also, to make sure the rubber band doesn’t go flying, the infinity symbol on your fingers should be low from the tip of your fingers. This makes sure that you have time to build up tension but also have enough surface area on your finger for it to spin without coming off.
