TOS 1 (Buratino) has been mostly replaced by the TOS 1A and the Tos 2 with now in 2024 the TOS2A starting serial production. the range has more than doubled and anti drone cages and EW installed on them, the TOS 2 is mounted on a wheeled chassis. the TOS 2A is back on a tracked one but with increased speed and mobility, moreover TOS 2A is a self loading platform.

Thermobaric weaponry is considered a Flame/Fire based weapon and using that against civilians is a war crime (it can still be used against military personnel and equipment)

But it will literally evaporate you in a fraction of a second, no pain, nothing you will literally be gone, not even your bones will be left of you

So the entire thing around a slow and painful death which is the reason why flame/fire based weapons are considered war crimes doesn't apply, but it's still a war crime anyways
