This word has grown in meaning for me over the past few years. The idea is that if you make an effort to get better each and every day, no matter how big or small that effort is, over time you’ll grow exponentially. It’s about putting in the effort, to see the results.
And the best part is Kaizen can apply to every part of your life - from work, to parenting, to relationships. It’s something I think we can all learn from.
