Pfizer Issues Recall For Chantix Drug

Pfizer has issued a recall for Chantix, a drug used to help people stop smoking.

I was going to an ENT for 6 months and was prescribed Chantix. They examined my throat the entire time with a camera. There was no cancer until after I began Chantix. I kept asking the Drs. why they hadn't seen this the whole time and they couldn't answer that. Chantix may not have been the onset but I think it rushed the cancer to grow. That would give me some explanation as to why these specialists didn't see cancer in the beginning. I guess it's just tough luck I have. Anybody else get cancer after taking Chantix?
