The 4.x patches had little to do with characters and events, like adding 5-stars to banners, hangout events, it's good they will add more.
I did mention this before and I will sy it again, we need more 4-stars in the shop menu. Like I've wanted to C up Heizo, when the chance came in 5.2 I was forced to skip (paid off incredibly well but still).
