There are now 25 legends, which is A LOT, so I think it's time for me to finally update the tier list since a lot has changed since the last one! Enjoy!

The Outro song is "Bone Theme" by Michael Wyckoff

The thumbnail is getting super crowded 🤣

Mirage is a tricky one. Theyve changed the behavior of his abilities several times already, and every change has been effective... at first. The problem is once people learn the new behaviors, they stop getting fooled. So they have to keep changing him just for him to be viable.

Vantages passive is lowkey one of the best in the game lol. Being able to scan squads and see their numbers / shield level is super useful when deciding how to take fights

I think loba is high b tier, mostly for ranked. Her being a support legend and having one of the safest movement tacticals makes her pretty good in my opinion. I do agree that she needs more slots in her ultimate.

Ballistic buff idea: the third weapon increases rarity based of the backpack you’re holding, so if you’re holding a blue backpack, the weapon has blue attachments.

I think fuses grenade rocket jump idea can be different depending on the Granada he is holding

Frag Grenade: essentially soldier’s rocket jump from TF2, great height and decent horizontal distance

Thermite grenade: It can propel you forward like a shorter octane stim, can be used to slide quicker and jump higher afterwards

Arc star: similar to the frag grenade but you can use it on walls, granting you an easy wall jump but less vertical height then a frag

Loba in C tier next to damn lifeline is a bad take, especially when someone like caustic is in B. Shes one of the best solo queue legends, top tier rat, support so you can craft banners, never worry about ammo, get free armor swaps in buildings etc Crazy take imo

A cool change to Ashs ult would be the ability to make free-floating portals that arent bound to a floor. Let her be able to make a portal wherever she's aiming, even up into the air.

So honored to be a part of this video! Once again, standing by what I said. If crypto could revive people in his drone it would be sick

Vantage has three passives: natural scope, can ping shields and # of squad, and has a built in bullet drop crosshair. Her tactical isn’t bad since it provides a lot of utility but requires thinking. The only thing holding her back besides not providing much to the team is that wide hitbox. She’s so fat that she leaks out of cover, making peaking extremely hard and half cover exposing her head.

I don't understand how people don't know that you can hold Vantage's tactical without having to bring echo somewhere specific everytime.

5:54 macro it’s a passive that makes it so that when she has an optic on her gun that is 2x or above, there is an extra reticle that pops up that shows you where enemies are, what shields their enemies have and it shows you where your bullets will drop off( no I did not look that up)

Seer's tactical interupting actions like healing and using abilites was fine tbh. As long as it doesn't do 5 other things as well. It was a unique effect that can be balanced properly if they attempt it again

Honestly I think Valk needs a rework entirely. Here's my suggestion:
In-universe, Rampart retrofits Valk's jetpack with newer tech as it was getting way too old (explaining the nerfs). This new version trades her obsolete rotation-boosting abilities for increases in her offensive capabilities. Since Rev went berserk and much more firepower is required, subtlety has had its day.

Passive: VTOL jets, same as before but with necessary buffs

Tactical: Liftoff: stay still for a second and charge up, before launching a decent way into the air and hovering for a few seconds or until cancelled. When hovering, she can strafe slowly and aim and shoot, giving an insane vantage point at the trade off of being extremely open to counterattacks - basically, S7 Horizon with fair weaknesses that make her fun to play against.

Ultimate: Flight Core: Valkyrie boosts up if not in the air already and locks onto a nearby enemy (this acts as a scan for the few seconds it is active) while priming the attack, then releases a ton of new-and-improved missiles that will fly in an arc towards the locked-on enemy and shred them if they don't find cover, with a farewell from the iconic deep bass sound of Viper's Northstar - this acts as a flaw to the ability as it can be heard from far away. The missiles can also be fired in a straight line (the range being similar to Catalyst's wall) if no targets are found, just like how Viper did. If there isn't space to fly up and fit the attack safely in the space with the arcing missiles the ability won't activate at all, giving the 'Vertical Clearance Required' message.

By having Valk's main weakness as being way too open, her arrogant personality easily comes through in gameplay

Actually, I switch to my sling gun all the time-- usually a PK or Wingman if I'm looking to use it regularly (although this season has been good for the L-Star as well). The extra gun can save your life far more often than it gets credit for; sometimes people just whiff repeatedly and that third gun full of ammo can make all the difference, sometimes a 3-shot with a wingman is just faster, sometimes the PK is more helpful, and sometimes you just want to carry something for every possible range.

It also helps to better time your Whistler to coincide with either an enemy reload or weapon swap.

That said, at least the top 1% of Ballistic players *do* use their sling weapons without ult, at least on occasion.

Ash feels like a jack of all trades, master of none. She has the passive of a recon, the ultimate of a skirmisher, and her tactical is trying its best. I don't know if reworking her to have a more specialized kit over a well rounded kit would be better or not.

another buff for fuse would be able to add different ways of using his ult like a wall of fire, a circle filled in with fire and a bunch of different variety’s of his ult to choose which way you should use it and maybe make it so that it would deploy faster

Apex Mobile had the right idea even if the game ended up getting canceled...

It allowed each character to select different perks that made each Legend different even if your enemy picked the same legend since your perks could be different.

1) Mirage could create an Automatic Clone when his shield cracked. He could create clones of his teammates too.

2) Crypto could loot crates and boxes with his drone but it took 3 seconds to loot a single item.

3) Loba herself didn't use up a slot when picking up a weapon from her Ult.

4) Lifelines DOC followed the person it was healing.

5) Gibby's Bubble acted as a heat shield.

6) Wraith gave away the location of enemies aiming at you for a few seconds

Each legend had 3 perks that changed the effects of their passive or Tactical.

I liked your idea for a Lifeline ultimate rework. Including the faster revives and preventing teammates from being finished, they could make it so enemies can’t revive in this area either. Maybe the machine would be like a deployable respawn beacon that works inside buildings and has a glowing heart on it?

its crazy how some of these recommendations are coming next season as armor perks, you did that macro
