Issos Corfu: Issos is a beautiful beach located 35 km southern of Corfu. The endless seashore with the unique sand dunes and the crystalline waters offers an ideal destination for families. The rich flora divides the shore from the most important wetland of Corfu, the Korission Lake.
Boukari

Approached from either the tourist resort of Messonghi or the fishing port of Petriti, Boukari is situated on one of the best drives in Corfu, with the road running next to the island's eastern shoreline for much of the way with the mountains of mainland Greece on the other side of the water. It is a quiet spot with a tiny pebble beach and a couple of wooden jetties where fishing boats unload their catch.

It is notable for several excellent fish tavernas, with tables just a metre from the water's edge. You will be invited into the kitchen to choose from a selection of fresh fish, lobster, octopus and other delicacies, which will then be grilled over wood.

Could be combined with Benitses and Lefkimmi.

This idyllic area is definitely one of the best places to visit in Corfu. Along the sandy beach lie plenty of tourist facilities and various beach equipment. There is also a lifeguard tower and a watersports center. Issos is affected by the strong winds and it is probably the best place for windsurfing and kitesurfing.

The lush green forest and the lake make a unique spot for hiking while the high sand dunes offer excellent sunset views. At a close distance, there are bars and taverns.
