You'll never regret. It may sound scary but it is the best thing invented for period. You don't feel wet all the time you won't even feel you're on your period it last for 8 hours.

Instead of using 2 pads vertically i use 1 pad vertically and other one horizontally on the back side to prevent side stains and it's a really good option to try

I'd recommend tiens india pads.Pads like stayfree, whisper, sofy are made up of plastic which isn't good for our health wheareas tiens india pads are made up of cotton and are super comfortable.They might be a bit pricey for some people

People are saying use menstrual cup 😕but I think its not for me, I mean it leaks even if I use menstrual cup I tried all my efforts I could to put the menstrual cup correctly but 😓It didn't work for me
